The onboarding process typically includes a thorough assessment of your current IT infrastructure, development of a transition plan, and implementation of any necessary changes. Your provider will work with you to ensure minimal disruption and optimal integration.
No, Managed IT Services are designed to support and enhance your IT infrastructure, not replace your internal team. You’ll have full transparency and control, with a partner to manage and optimize day-to-day IT needs.
We offer our Managed IT packages on monthly recurring contracts; we believe our service speaks for itself, therefore we don't seek to tie customers into long contracts. There is no need to return equipment on cancellation, as you will always own any equipment we install at your property.
If you are happy with being tied into a longer contract we can provide some discounts when paying annually, and this can be mixed, for example a 20 user company can purchase 18 annual subscriptions and 2 monthly subscriptions.
The best way to log an issue with us is by email or via our customer portal at portal.redloft.com. Our standard support hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), extended support hours are available upon request.
Our telephone lines are open 24/7 for any critical support issues that just cannot wait.
If you are happy to commit to a year and pay upfront for a years support we can provide a discount of £50 per user, this is available across all our plans, this can also be mixed with monthly commitments.
